This policy explains how Born Branded (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use this website or book a Strategy Session.

What we collect

When you book a Strategy Session

Bookings are handled by Cal.com. You give Cal.com your name, email address and any answers the booking form asks for, and we receive those booking details. Cal.com processes this information under its own privacy policy. Where the session fee is paid when you book, payment is processed by Cal.com’s payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

Before the session we ask you to complete a short Strategy Session Brief about your business and what you want from the session. We use your answers only to prepare for and deliver your session.

When you email us

We keep your message and contact details so we can reply and follow up.

How we use it

To arrange and hold Strategy Sessions, respond to you, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The Cal.com booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and may set its own cookies under its policy.

Services involved in running this site

• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• Render runs our application server, which your browser contacts when you view Brand Kits.
• Cal.com handles Strategy Session bookings.
• Google Fonts supplies this site’s typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address.

How long we keep it

We delete personal information when you ask us to, unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us via hello@bornbranded.io and we will respond.

This website and our services are intended for adults running or starting a business.
